My attachments are not showing/ taking a long time to open

You need to change your default photo viewer to either Internet Explorer (preferred) or MS Paint.
Step 1: Open "My Pictures"
Step 2: Open "Sample Pictures"
Step 3: Right Click on any picture.
Step 4: Select "Open With"
Step 5: Select "Choose Default Program"
Step 6: Select "Internet Explorer"
